I developed these spreadsheets after noticing myself struggling as a Dungeon Master to keep up with my players and their questions about my worlds. I improvised as much as I could, but when I had the idea to have random generators help me, I found the ones that already existed lacking in ways that I didn't love.I had very little experience with spreadsheets when I started Waldo's Guide, but I reached out to others, taught myself, and learned all that I could within these spreadsheets to create something that would help me. Only after posting my first spreadsheet online, did I realize there was a need for something like this. Thousands of people responded asking for access and more content, so I created more. What started off as a simple idea suddenly exploded into the website and spreadsheets I have now.Overtime, I began to offer my services as a personal Dungeon Master for players that wanted to play short games with their friends and family, I even lead a club at my local library.I find joy in creating spreadsheets, solving complex problems, and helping those in my community find easier ways to play the game that we all appreciate and love.

I truly enjoyed my work and being a part of my team. I helped lead continuous improvement within my team which entailed reduction in costs, time saving initiatives, and general process improvement.I was mainly responsible for managing many types of documents including owner’s manuals, material specifications, quick start guides, warranties, component specifications, control guides, feature guides, SOPs, training presentations, label location specifications. I also created various trackers through excel that ensured our team was operating efficiently. Beyond that, my duties also included leading a portion of the team that assisted with the process we had. I would often meet with them to offer help or train them on new processes and updates. I was reviewed positively by this team whenever reviews came out for the year even though I was not directly managing these individuals.My favorite part about this job was finding solutions to complex problems. I enjoyed reaching out to team members that I either worked with directly or through projects, and discovering their thoughts about old and new processes alike to understand what needed to be improved upon. A bad system will beat a good team every time.
