In my role I was fully responsible for the operations of JLL's NSW industrial business. The role primarily focused on overseeing JLL's three industrial teams in NSW which focus on the leasing and selling of industrial property on behalf of private, corporate and institutional investors.

In this role I focused on the acquisition and disposal of commercial and industrial property in NSW and Queensland whilst overseeing the day to day property functions of the group. In my time with Kingsmede I sourced and completed various investment opportunities, negotiated major leases and undertook significant refurbishment and development projects. The role enabled me to establish a detailed understanding of the property investment market in NSW and Queensland whilst developing relationships with various service providers in the industry.
