Developing a new website to act as an advertising hub for all projects under the Obtainium brand using WordPress, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript.

I maintained the school website by keeping plugins up to date, clearing out old backups, adding new information to the site, solving any issues that arose, and improving site speed as well as functionality. Past projects include building a new registration page with the media intern to give information about the new schoolyear using the Avia Layout Builder, updating the senior login in system using Google Workspace, reorganizing the staff page using CSS, optimizing the website for mobile use, and condensing information across the website.

During my internship I created a new website for Reuseum Educational to spread the word about their STEM education opportunities. The main goal was to replace the then highly dated old website with a new website that was sleek, functional, and optimized for mobile devices. Using a combination of CSS, PHP, JavaScript, Elementor, Forminator, and Complianz GDPR I was able to create a new website that fulfilled the organizations goals without the functionality sacrifices that came with the old site. After completing the main website, the last major project I worked on with the Reuseum Educational team was merging their sites calendar with the calendar of the Reuseum store using Google Calendar. Through this process I was able to learn more about teaching others the wonderful ways of technology and once everyone was well versed in the new Google Calendar system, the sites switched over to Google Calendar shortly after my internship ended.
