•Supervise and lead projects working to a high standard of HSE•Working within large teams of third parties and employees to ensure time efficiency and productivity to meet deadlines•Build a professional customer client rapport while onsite and off•Deliver detailed reports throughout the project and after highlighting the advised actions to be carried out to maintain a high standard of thier hose management system.

• Carry out both routine and planned maintenance activities on crane pedestal hydraulic systems and flexible hoses• Carry out and document all necessary planned routine and periodic maintenance tasks • Carry out manufacturing, pressure testing and installation of hydraulic flexible hose assemblies (FHA’s)• Supervising, organising workload and allocation of tasks to team• Ensure that all spare parts and materials utilised are in good order and fit for purpose• Recommend possible solutions to problems identified with hose equipment and carry out remedial action where required• Assist the platform maintenance crew as required on mechanical plant at the discretion of the offshore installation management• Work closely with clients to obtain an accurate Hose Integrity Management database• Complete and ensure that all job and technical reports are accurate and timely• Working on offshore installations, FPSO’s, diving vessels etc (North Sea and internationally based)• Carry out tasks in line with company Operating procedures and HSE requirements (inc attending and participating in tool box talks).

• Carry out the manufacture of hydraulic and industrial hose assemblies in line with company procedures• Carry out pressure testing in-line with company procedures• Identification and use of appropriate fittings for specified hoses, as per customer specification• Work as part of a team with members of the workshop and other departments• Provide support and mentoring for other workshop staff• Participate in tool box talks and time out for safety brief• Communicating with Charge-hand and operations team• Ensuring that work areas are maintained clean and hazard free at all times

• Carry out inspections of FHAs (Flexible Hose Assemblies)• Complete reports detailing required maintenance• Conduct static pressure testing LP/HP• Collaborate with other departments to optimise production

• Carry out inspection on clients firefighting equipment.• Documenting the required work to be carried out.• Shot blasting and painting of the cylinders.• Servicing and re-certifying BA systems.• Carry out static Pressure testing on Fire extinguishers and BA bottles.• Normal workshop duties.
