I currently work in the letters space at Mercer where we develop new letters for existing clients as well as maintain the existing suite of letters. Mercer looks after a lot of Super and Pension funds and each client often looks to have their own customised letters and details. I'm also involved in Datawarehouse updates for clients where it affects letters. I have been involved in many new fund take on projects at Mercer in relation to Letters and assisted in the development and enablement of letters for these new clients.I'm an experienced user of Query within Superb and Calibre and have been using this tool for over 20 years thought various employers. At Mercer there is still a few clients that have letter based queries linked to WordPerfect letter templates and I look after that as the sole resource.I have also been involved in Super and Pension configuration through roles at Mercer and Bravura Solutions previously.Over my years at Mercer and previous employers I've been involved in the administration side of the business either through direct administration of Super/Pension funds, or via testing. I see this as a strength and a necessary tool in helping me with the letters related work I do.

At Bravura I was initially involved in Calibre configuration of new and existing Pension funds as well as a very brief stint on the Superb application. The Calibre side involved trips interstate near end of FY time to assist with year end reviews as well as 2 trips to Norway to assist new Calibre clients take on business.I was also part of the initial kick off build of Talisman which has now gone on to be Sonata. This involved a couple of trips to NZ and requirement gathering in order to ensure Pensions were available within Talisman (Sonata). I was part of the testing team also to ensure the functionality was as expected for Pension funds.
