Leads buy and sell-side transactions ranging in value from $25 million to over $5 billion in the areas of operational and financial due diligence, contract analysis, evaluation of alternative capital-structures, cash-flow and working capital improvement initiatives, as well as post-merger business integration and transformation engagements. Specifically, has led financial due diligence projects for large cap and middle market private equity investors, and major domestic and overseas diversified corporations. Also takes the lead on overall relationship management and engagement coordination both internally within KPMG and with clients’ other professional advisors.
