Account Manager
CurrentProvide commercial real estate transaction and advisory support.-Work closely with Lead Brokers and Partners to represent national retailers and oversee Tenant’s real estate portfolios.-Facilitate all aspects of new deals, expansions, closures, and Lease Renewals from initial point of outreach to Lease Execution.-Act as a liaison between the client and all external parties throughout all deal stages: participating in deal structure negotiations, drafting and submitting Letter of Intents, redlining any received counter offers, and ensuring Commission Agreements are executed prior to deal closeout.-Identify new opportunities and create specially curated site selections in the form of spreadsheets, presentations and tour books.-Utilize industry-specific tools to conduct market research and outreach and provide analytical data.-Help Lease the team’s managed listing portfolio by generating leads/prospects and maintaining listings on marketing platforms.
