• Coordinated the design, development and deployment of an online quoting system for B2B quotes, used by 250 users. Productivity improvement and accuracy improvement value estimated at approximately $10 million per.
• Implemented an automated reconciliation of new bills against multiple existing systems to improve quote/bill accuracy and reduce rework. Productivity and accuracy improvement value estimated to be in excess of $4.
• Conducted training sessions for client’s IT resources on new technologies and agile methodologies. Adoption of agile methodologies resulted in some project deliverables being brought forward approximately six months.
