I would consider myself to be a hard working, determined, motivated and adaparive individual. I work very well within team environments.Working across several different roles across my career, I have had to adapt to certain situations and environments on a regular basis. I pride myself on my ability to be able to do so and learn quick and grow into any role that is required of me. I am currently working in an Operations role, working across multiple teams and working towards strategic targets. The core of my role is ensure efficiency across the business, creating process and a strategy to deliver results. Overseeing different areas of the business from rostering, stock control and playing a part in marketing and community engagement. In my role, I ensure we are compliant with the requirements of Telstra and that each individual staff member is equipped with the knowledge and skill set to serve customers in the best way possible. Telecommunications is a fast, break neck and high speed industry. With things changing all the time, it's vital to keep up to date which anything and everything that goes on. I pride myself on doing this and ensuring exceptional customer service, not only during the sales transaction but ongoing.
