My roles in achieving this ranged from Contract management, site management, QS and also as a Joiner / carpenter due to the size of the business, as this was half of the company’s annual turnover. I also managed several minor projects from £40k - £60k.

I played a key role in managing the refit of galleries at the V&A museum. Which then haves us the opportunity to tender and win the biggest contract the company had been awarded at the time of the refit of the Ceramic II gallery (£1.2m). My KPI rating across the project was rated at 9 out of 10.

I was responsible for bespoke bathroom package which totalled 172no. When I took over the project there were only 2no completed in 9 months on site I complete the remainder in 6 months with a smaller team and to the remaining budget.
