Over the course of a winter season this accounted to over €1.8m.- Ordering and preparing all pre-booked sales items, ready for the arrival of new guests.Planning the departure and arrival of all guest transportation on ‘transfer day’, whilst providing colleagues with all the information and materials they need to complete journeys on coaches.- Managing the logistical complications of guest arrivals and departures on multiple coaches, often at the same time, further complicated by adverse weather conditions, under added pressure created by strict onward travel arrangements for guests, whilst remaining calm and presenting a professional demeanor to guests and staff alike.- Assisting all other staff on ‘transfer day’ to prepare for new guests, whilst communicating with outgoing and incoming colleagues and local coach drivers, usually over particularly long and unsociable hours.- Regularly liaising with UK office regarding staff and guest welfare and relations to ensure the best possible service is provided to guests and that all staff members are safe and healthy whilst living and working abroad.- Assisting guests with health/medical issues at local surgeries and hospitals, regarding insurance and onward transport issues.
