I began my career as a litigator at Milbank LLP, specializing in defending fund advisers from various types of claims, before becoming associate general counsel at an asset manager. I enjoy writing about fund regulation and have published articles in the Virginia Law & Business Review, the Michigan Business & Entrepreneurial Law Review and The Investment Lawyer.
