I am finishing up a BS in Computer Science at the University of Utah with an emphasis in Computer Systems. For the past year, I have been working on AvyViz, an Android and iOS app that helps users better visualize avalanche danger in the back country. My team and I built it to work even without access to WiFi or connection to a cellular network. Check it out at avyviz.com. I have also developed an educational game on a 4 person team using Qt (c++) that teaches users about Turkish vowel harmony, and I built a basketball playoff series prediction model written in C# and Python that uses a trained Neural Network to assign probabilities to all outcomes in the sample space of a playoff series.
