Responsible for overseeing all operations for one of the highest volume Petsmart's in the Detroit market. Lead a staff of 6 Managers and 45-60 team members. Also have;1) Successfully implemented a highly important test program in ten of the stores in my district. Only forty stores out of the 1300 stores in the company are involved in this test program, ten of which were my responsibility.
