As the Quality Improvement and System Reporting Coordinator at Life EMS Ambulance, I use my data analysis and reporting skills to enhance the quality of patient care and service delivery. I review patient care reports to provide education based on documentation or clinical errors, produce reports for internal and external use, and analyze data to find areas for performance improvement.I have a strong healthcare and public safety background, with two associate's degrees in Fire Science and Paramedic Technology from Lake Superior State University. I worked as a paramedic for four years before transitioning to my current role, where I apply my communication, management, and time management skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and manage multiple projects. I am passionate about using business intelligence systems to find patterns and trends, and sharing my findings in a modern and engaging way.
