As Project Manager I was responsible for reviewing and implementing a project plan to ensure that all competencies were reviewed and updated in line with industry requirements. The project was funded by DEEWR and overseen by a bi-partisan committee representing employers and unions from each sub-sector. Significant outcomes achieved included a full review of project plans and budgets, identification and amelioration of budget over and under spends, developing a policy paper on the replacement of industry specific first aid units with generic national units and a significant review of major Training Package components.
