  I have a diverse background with 20 + years on residential, commercial and apartment buildings as an electrician. I have always met and exceeded company’s long term needs. I have excelled in construction management for the past 12 years. I have acquired skills in all phases of construction; including scheduling, subcontractor monitoring, construction safety and construction relationship management. I am a self-starter, with the ability to maintain focus and results driven. I have supervised and monitored small and large projects, managed anywhere from 10-25 employees. With the unique perspective of working my way up through the field as an electrician. I was also the backup for many foreman in their absence. I am a versatile analytical thinker with strong interpersonal skills. I currently work with HBW construction company as a superintendent.
