Prepare and review income tax returns, extensions, estimates and property tax returns for a broad range of clients, including U.S. multi-national and foreign-owned C-Corporations, S-Corporations, Partnerships, LLC's, and Individuals. Assist with preparation and review of income tax provisions and related tax accounting disclosure requirements. Perform work in a manager capacity on tax compliance engagements, taking responsibility for administrative and technical tasks associated with the engagement including planning, budgeting, execution and delivery of returns. Assist in advising clients on a full spectrum of corporate tax services including planning, research, and compliance as well as research and prepare responses to IRS or state taxation notices.Research business and technical tax issues and prepare supporting memoranda.Coordinate with clients in gathering and preparing information needed for completion of tax returns.Actively participate in local office initiatives such as mentoring, community involvement and planning networking events.Lead peers in office recruiting efforts and coordinate presentations for campus events.
