Completion of OSHA Hazwoper 40 Hr Training. Developing and constructing “EcoPopints”, environmental education curriculum as a market niche product in a service-base industry. Drafted a more effective business plan with financial study to determine the feasibility of introducing the new product into the environmental research and consultation service based industry. Composed a scientific/technical report on ecological assessment of bird routes and its influence on community vegetable gardens. Data gathered will be used toward scholarly research. Continuation of scholarly environmental research and consultation. ArcGIS, SPSS, Google-Sketchup and Microsoft Office Suites were used to address some of the environmental and socio-economic concerns in partnerships, development and environmental management. Duties consist of research and assessments, literature reviews, studying and evaluating laws, policies, and regulations.

Assisted with the development of the Tennessee State University Agriculture Research and Education Center (TSUAREC). Assisted with developing the wetland/water resource teaching and learning station's environmental education curriculum. The "Learning to Cooperate With Sustainability" curriculum consists of practical lesson plans and hands-on activities to enhance student's learning in the environmental sciences. Research data collected from the wetland/water resource teaching and learning station help constituents to understand microclimate conditions and its influence on biodiversity along recreation sites. Moreover, data was used to educate local students about ecological principles in the environmental sciences. Monthly lectures and workshops reached approximately 15 - 150 students per lecture. Developed a plan for on-going funding and support. Proposed an outline for implementation to assist students or hired employees with basic administrative and management needs to increase funding and support for their educational programs. Assisted with the outreach, engagement, and marketing for the TSUAREC. With the use of ArcGIS software and environmental education lectures, outreach and marketing objectives were met, while incorporating science, technology, engineering and mathematics principles to increase students awareness in environmental subject matters for improvement in state’s end-of-grade assessments and testing. Assisted with the development of the TSUAREC Farm security and safety plan for annual Small Farms Expo.
