I supported current students, alumni, and faculty and managed the daily operations of the master's program. I publicized the program to prospective students and supported their application processes. I represented the program at conferences, including leadership roles at the Association for Theatre in Higher Education. I supervised our program assistant and manage volunteers.

Afterschool drama residencies. "At Home in College" trainings with CUNY's Creative Arts Team. The Man Question workshop with men at large in NYC, college students, incarcerated men, and more. Birthday parties. Staff trainings.

(Also summers 2001-2005) Founded the popular sequential, ensemble-based Drama Program and led the weekly variety show “Campfire” to be more reflective and camper-centered. Additionally founded the Mountain Biking Program, led camping trips, ran trainings, and stewarded a cabin of eight middle-school aged boys.

Collaborated to lead theatre-based sessions for high school seniors preparing for college

Developed and sustained partnerships between the University of Southern Maine and community organizations in greater Portland; designed and delivered the Civic Leadership Series for student leaders; edited Community Engagement newsletter; and collaborated to lead the Community Arts Initiative.

Supported activities weekly and led drama sessions at this assets-based program. Ages 8-14.

Designed and conducted interviews for this installation piece on community in Lewiston-Auburn, Maine.

Building on a love of stories and community, founded this club as a venue for a diverse membership in sharing experiences, exploring the craft of story telling, and expanding imaginations.
