This reduced the total time required to calculate quarterly commissions for the entire sales team from 2 weeks to 4 days ( a reduction of 60% in the time required to complete first draft of calculations after quarter end)•(Staff Accountant) Responsible for invoicing all company revenue transactions (2M to 5M in revenue per month). Revised invoice review process to result in fewer steps to invoice completion which increased hourly invoice bandwidth by ~30%. (10 per hour to 14 per hour average.)
