Current- Consultative approach to influence and drive measurable change in multiple Personal Lines organizations including diagnostic, design and implementation of process optimization, delivery of training to leaders and management of A3’s surrounding Huddle Boards, root cause problem solving, and identification of standard work opportunities.- Facilitate organizational strategy Hoshin Kanri sessions and provide support in demonstrating systematic connections to the overall lean management system.- Identified $2.3M in benefits through various A3 projects for the property claims organization.- Successful Green Belt project implementation to reduce cycle time of Department of Insurance complaints from 10 days to 5 days, simultaneously reducing time spent by claims managers in the process.- Develop and coach project prioritization systems to organize work based on strategic priorities and related quantifiable benefits in a data driven approach.- Prominent leader and session facilitator in the Nationwide Lean Community of Practice and act as a resource and coach for new Lean Practitioners across the enterprise.
