Leading a cross functional team of Engineers and Technicians(represented), to maintain and improve the electrical infrastructure across Western Wayne, Washtenaw, and Monroe. Our group regularly interacts with external customers to resolve concerns and provide new/upgraded service to customers. The team is responsible for developing and managing projects that often exceed $10M.Personal strategic contributions include development of a comprehensive 5-15 year long term plan, development of an asset risk model, and championing the Engineering rotation program.
