I am honored to be working at Core Values Reality Associates as Program / Project Director where my goal is amplify and streamline the great work already being done here. My mission is to oversee all activities related to enhancing Core Values' online footprint, standardizing / enhancing the CRM platform and lead generation, standardization, training and compliance.

-Operations Flight Commander - Manage 4 sections overseeing all training sorties, medical equipment and flight tracking for the USAF largest AE squadron.- Assistant Director of Operations – Manage 21 critical care/medical flight crews and 4 ground personnel to ensure patient movement in high tempo environment. Create, brief and implement functional plans for special operations requiring patient movement and recovery. Generate and maintain support agreements that span 6 squadrons in multiple theaters and act as point of contact for all troop needs.- Exercise/Training Planner – Deliver training objectives, coordinate personnel/equipment movement, conduct exercises and present corrective action plans from the After Action Report/lessons learned to the command management committee to develop process improvement initiatives for 4 annual exercises.- Medical Readiness – Manage readiness for internal audit and deployment capability for 200-member squadron.

- Brainstorming to Delivery Project Management – Develop scope with stakeholders, divide stories to task level with development team or perform work breakdown structure, manage stakeholder expectation and cultivate and deliver training on finished product to 500+ associates in 6 locations creating 90,000 hours of capacity.- Capacity Management of Project Teams - Manage capacity planning for multiple projects across a 30-member strategic development and deployment team using project management software.- Project Input/Resource Acquisition for Project Team - Work with internal business partners to manage data, software and hardware needs between departments and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.- Ongoing Stakeholder Liaison – Lead ongoing meetings in person/telecom/video conference for stakeholders and product owner to brainstorm, validate requirements, set expectations and perform change management functions for 200+ account managers and internal clients.- Quality Assurance Function – Validate data security and stability (storage and transmission), product latency, document testing with user groups and report to stakeholders.- Customer Facing Configuration Expert - Coordinate end-to-end plan amendment, troubleshoot data discrepancies and implementation processes for client program structure for 5,000 client market segment.

- Create content on 50+ athletes and trainers across 3 countries.- Create contacts within the industry and follow leads to get new content out first.- Attend local events and report, edit and present details to the public.

- Contact prospects, collect person information/coverage needs and close on sales based upon that person or company’s insurance needs.- Service all questions and escalations from policyholders and fulfill any of their insurance service needs.- Proactively review policies with current 200+ policyholders to ensure that they are properly covered, have no questions and ensure that there are no gaps in their coverage
