Prepare parking division capital budget; Assist in preparation of annual parking division operating budget; Oversee front counter operations, citation adjudication, and parking enforcement; Oversee the operation of the City's nine parking garages and four surface lots; Conduct audits and inspections of parking facilities; Assist in management and monitoring of the parking funds; Manage CIP projects on street and in garages; Prepare, issue and route RFP's, RFI's and contracts; Manage various projects for the parking division such as the Garage Assessment Study, Garage Feasibility Study, Garage Maintenance Project, ADA Compliance Improvements; Assist in preparation of Agenda reports, budget hearing reports, memos and green sheets; Respond to various citizen complaints regarding meters, garages, or parking enforcement through the Citizen Service Center, at the front counter and on the phone; Serve as a liaison with the Old Pasadena Management District and the Playhouse District Association; Attend the Old Pasadena Parking Meter Zone Advisory Commission and the South Lake Parking Place Committee meetings and prepare reports for the above; Meet on a regular basis with the City's garage operators to discuss operations; Oversee all surface lot parking permits issued through the Parking Office; Coordinate all garage related purchase orders and invoices; Attend and represent the Parking division in inter-agency, public, commission, and committee meetings and hearings; Other duties as required.
