Responsible for planning and delivery of large-scale residential land development and infrastructure projects including; feasibility research, calculations and cost forecasting, liaison with council, authorities, designers and consultants to prepare DA & CC documentation and reporting required for council applications and delivery, prepare tender documentation, evaluation, procurement and construction management.

Responsible for project planning and formal tender submissions including; construction staging, traffic controls, pricing and methodology preparations for major infrastructure tenders.

Responsible for accurate quantity take-offs, scheduling, implement contractual documents and drawings, acquire subcontract quoting and producing price estimates for tenders on multiple areas of commercial and industrial development, and infrastructure works.Main areas of pricing include:  Road / Highway construction  Subdivisions  Rail Projects  Pipeline Works

Responsible for client and project management liaison, local authority liaison, coordination of construction site works, coordination of team members and subcontractors, documentation and labouring.
