I oversee all aspects of the player development programme and assure we align to the club and governing body curriculum, whilst providing an holistic and individualised approach. To aid the personalized player approach I also helped generate and implement the Individual player training programme whilst providing termly feedback to how the scheme could be improved. I oversaw the Further Educational Football programme at South Gloucestershire and Stroud college in partnership with Future elites sports. Initially I assisted with the recruitment of players to programme. This included attending and hosting trial days in the South of England. Beyond this I created and implemented the football curriculum for the programme and co-ordinated the multi disciplinary team to support the performance programme. Within the remit was also all logistical, administrational and practical facets of the programme.
