I am responsible for all strategic and operational elements in relation to player recruitment from Pre-Academy through to (and including) U18's.

Lead Coach for the age groups 9-11. I oversee all aspects of the player development programme and assure we align to the club and governing body curriculum, whilst providing an holistic and individualised approach. In addition to this player facing role, I am also part of the coach development team for Southampton FC and provide bespoke and targeted support for staff within my phase. This includes, and is not limited to, 1 to 1's, peer observations, match and training tasks, future coach planning, player surveys and analytical feedback. I also manage a MDT that caters for the players individualised development in a collaborative and holistic approach.

To provide an overall business strategy for player recruitment (ages 7-12) in the South of England (across multiple academy and pre-academy sites). This includes, and is not limited to, team personnel decisions. budgetary implementation, department future proofing strategy, player reviews and audits and staff professional develop (internal CPD).

The main duties within this role is to plan, deliver and evaluate both training sessions and match day content in accordance to both the academy curriculum and the governing bodies EPPP. To aid the personalized player approach I also helped generate and implement the Individual player training programme whilst providing termly feedback to how the scheme could be improved. Bespoke individual feedback is also delivered every 12 weeks to players within the programme.

To co-ordinate the pre academy development centre out of Bristol. This included co-ordination of coaching and recruitment staff along with physical delivery. Centre Logistics (facilities, health and safety player registration etc) were also part of the role.

I oversaw the Further Educational Football programme at South Gloucestershire and Stroud college in partnership with Future elites sports. Initially I assisted with the recruitment of players to programme. This included attending and hosting trial days in the South of England. Beyond this I created and implemented the football curriculum for the programme and co-ordinated the multi disciplinary team to support the performance programme. Within the remit was also all logistical, administrational and practical facets of the programme.

1 to 1 teaching assistant to and individual with SEN

To plan, deliver and evaulaute training sessions as part of the Bath Development Centre. Player review evenings were also prepared and delivered every 12 weeks.

In this role I was required to maintain and progress all facets of the program. Planning, delivering and evaluating the training schedule daily, weekly and annually. This is also incorporated the integration of support departments including physiotherapist, strength and conditioning and performance analysis.

In this newly created role I was asked to generate and implement a recruitment scheme using industry contacts, I was able to present to a variety of professional football clubs. Upon expanding the role, I was then tasked with attendance of national recruitment events; involving a variety of major organisation plus 400 potential applicants.
