Experienced project manager with a seasoned track record in business development and client management and project budgeting and administration. Lengthy experience in the diagnosis and resolution of building enclosure issues, including above and below-grade waterproofing, air/weather barrier, fenestration (including storefront, entry systems and curtainwall) and roofing systems. He is responsible for coordinating all aspects of project management, specifying enclosure testing, design, inspection, and management program services offered to our clients. In addition, he is responsible for Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) and Property Condition Assessments (PCAs)and many of the additional services that accompany the PCA. He has hands-on involvement with the development of construction cost estimates, field inspection and evaluations, mold and spore sampling and the preparation of field and laboratory reports.
