My primary role at Harmonic is to perform root cause analysis on issues involving the MediaCenter, MediaDeck and Spectrum products in an efficient and timely manner. I worked on diagnosing a wide breadth of issues including, but not limited to: - Networking- Mail and web servers- File servers (samba, AFP, FTP)- Storage technologies (fiber channel, SAS).

My role as a Solutions Engineer was two-fold. I analyzed, created, and documented solutions for a number of products: computer software, hardware and networking components under the following operating systems— OS X Leopard, Snow Leopard, and Lion, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8. My second role was that of a trusted advisor--analyzing.

My responsibilities as a Tier II Technical Support Professional were to diagnose and repair software/hardware problems on Windows Vista and XP consumer desktop computers in an inbound call center environment. Additionally as a Technical Sales Professional, it was my responsibility to provide customer satisfaction through the introduction of useful products.
