Current role includes day to day management of specific projects including the provision of technical advice and guidance to other staff and external clients as required. Current projects include election commitments and other projects totalling well over $35 million:• Browne Park Grandstand Redevelopment Rockhampton - Project involves the Master planning and demolition of western grandstand, Construction of new multi-level grandstand. Project Budget $25 million.• Craigslea State High School - Volleyball centre of excellence. Construction of new centre of excellence with 6 volleyball training courts overlaid with 3 competition courts. Project budget $10 million.• Several smaller projects in remote indigenous communities including Dauan Island, Aurukun, Lockhart River, and 2 projects in Yarrabah.• Sports lighting projects including development of tender documentation at Leichhart Football Cairns, Woorabinda community, Cairns District Rugby League and TV standard lighting at Redcliffe Dolphins.• Involvement in major project tender evaluations for consultant teams and contractors through the project lifecycle.• Priority Project Management on Election Commitments and difficult and contentious projects as they arise including flood recovery assessments.• Education, guidance and technical training of SRS regional staff in construction delivery related areas.• Random and ad hock projects as required by Department.• Special Advisor role on Lighting Projects with particular emphasis on LED technologies• Member of LG009 - Standards Australia committee responsible for the development and maintenance of the Australian Sports lighting standards including the recently released AS2560.2:2021 – Sports Lighting part 2 Specific applications.

Building Better Schools program management

Project Coordination and delivery of Capital works projects accross Queensland including responsibility for the resouring and set-up of new schools in queensland from 1993 to 2000.Project Management from concept through to construction and commissioning of the Queensland School for Travelling Show Children in Bendigo, Victoria including and roll-out into active service in 2000. This school consisted of 2 mobile, expandable classrooms based in semi trailers and designed and built to meet Education Queensland classroom standards at the time. Both classrooms were fitted out with state of the art satellite internet and communications capabilities enabling them to operate anywhere in Australia.

Responsibility for the delivery of a significant capital works development program at the new University Campus in Thohoyandou, Venda. This role included general site configuration, masterplanning, construction of lecture venues, student and off campus staff accommodation, library, Administration centre and also Sporting Facilities. Also had direct management responsibility for all technical services, workshops, fleet management and campus security.
