About Michael Wright

I am an experienced Careers Education Professional with a clear track record of supporting young people to achieve their potential in a variety of educational settings. In a number of schools, I have built successful careers programmes where little existed before. I pride myself on being able to develop existing strengths within an organisation as well as working with senior leaders to launch new initiatives. Recently I have helped to develop a new programme of careers education and advice at Harrow School, a world-renowned boarding school in London. This included working across the school and with the school alumni association to make sure that students were supported during and after their school experience. Now I am working at St Columba's College in St Albans, where I hope to strengthen their Careers and Higher Education provision.
