- Design, qualify and implement equipment, fixtures and machines to be used within a manufacturing environment/process.- Support multiple product line operations on a daily basis and strive for yield improvements along with troubleshoot any scrap issues.- Perform and assist with process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ and PPQ), including testing for final product requirements.- Work with operators, engineers and other operation support to implement continuous improvement ideas. - Connect with various vendors to purchase equipment/parts for engineering and production.- Routinely coordinate with calibration to ensure all equipment/fixtures for product lines I support are current with their calibration schedule.

- Performs set-up, testing, repair, inspection, and/or maintenance of all area-specific equipment, materials, systems, and/or product.- Identify and troubleshoot process, material or equipment problems to minimize down time.- Revise existing documents, processes, and/or methods to correct or improve processes/product.- Work with engineers, to obtain and install tooling, fixtures, and/or equipment.- Work with our machine shop in designing new equipment fixture improvements.- Train and provide technical support or direction to product builders and other technicians.
