 Coordinating with counterpart for Pick up requests / shipment planning via email and over phone. Constructive chasing with counterpart to ensure the shipment arrival and status. Organizing and Participating in Conference call to fix the certain ongoing issues. Keep concentrating in the day to day operational activities and responds to the queriesraised by respective origin / destination. Familiarize the local customs rules and regulations as well as cargo handling activities to respectiveorigin / destination. On time intimation to concern counterpart to divert the routing for misrouted cargo. Circulating the SOPs and stabilize the operational activities for all locally sold customer. Coordinating with supplier in the absence of counterpart participation or interference.

 Receiving the shipment details from customer to organize the pick up with concern origin / destination. Execute the MAWB / HAWB documents & segregate the documents Track & follow the shipment movement Prepare the DSR as per customer requirements Co-ordinate with team & other vendor for smooth operation
