Be responsible for YFS IT department to support global business,Key activities: YFS BU IT management, including IT admin & process management, IT planning, business demand mgmt., plant IT infrastructure construction, application system implementation (with HQ application team help), IT onsite supportParticipate in the expansion business of Seating BU, such new plant construction, new process definition, program launch management, potential program business plan,etc,

Be responsible for ITSP department; Design IT Architecture, including business architecture, application architecture, technology architecture, data architecture; and Be responsible for all core systems, from planning to operations, and currently is rolling out to YFI: -Management System: SAP as core system (ERP, SRM, BPC, GRC, etc.), （2012~2016）-Transparent Plant System: based on MES & WMS , also include TMS, EAM, AMP, PMC, etc.（2017~Now）-Data Mgmt. System: Based on Hadoop technical platform (data governance, big data platform, data analysis, data display, etc.) （2019~Now）Assist to manage domestic IT department -Build operation team, processes and tools according to ITIL Methodology.-Establish IT COE to improve IT ability, including demand, project, development, operations-Standardize IT mgmt. including processes, development rules, skill matrix, IT audit.
