As an Account Executive I continued to expand my knowledge and skillset across all Digital channels. As a result, I was able to maintain high performance while taking on more accounts. Currently, I manage the day-to-day operation & optimisation across 14 accounts, with consistent KPI-focused performance and healthy client relationships. Key responsibilities and achievements during this time:• Developing strategy, planning & forecasting of new campaigns to achieve maximum performance across all channels based on ROI, CPA, or Brand Lift.• Improved the ROI across all four e-commerce accounts by 35% year on year, with 20% more revenue generated.• Management of higher budgets for a House & Land client to deliver nearly triple the volume of conversions (290%) at less than double the budget (72%), with a 54% reduction in the CPA.• Increased click volumes by 70% for a Pharmaceutical client with a 60% reduction in CPA, with a 5% lower budget year on year.• Creation of interactive, live reporting sheets providing in-depth data & insights at a glance, including overall performance, trends, keyword performance, and ad copy performance.• Creation of new SEM accounts that cater to individual client needs and KPIs.• Frequent client facing opportunities in which performance was discussed in detail, in the form of post-campaign reports, calls, meetings, and pitches.
