As part of Talent Acquisition team, I was responsible for managing end to end recruitment process across NSW with multiple client groups.Not only seeking talent from the market, TA team actively promotes internal opportunities and use of talent pool which helps the business to fill the role in a time efficient / cost effective way. This involves coaching the hiring managers on the process and educating employees for their career development.

As a recruitment consultant, I was responsible for the end to end recruitment activities and provision of onsite HR advisory support to the Major Accounts - Samsung Electronics Australia.

Provided quality HR compliance and administrative support to the HR team to contribute to the accomplishment of HR practices and objectives to generate a high performance culture that improves organisation productivity and quality.
