Responsible for providing technical expertise and oversight to three teams (ACAS, Data Services and Systems Management). Provide technical and administrative support to a staff of 29 personnel. Technical Integration Specialist and SYSMAN Team Lead. As a technical integrator, responsible for integrating new technologies and systems into the 2nd Regional Cyber Center - Western Hemisphere (2RCC). Following a strict set of guidelines to get systems approved and successfully integrated. Required to work and coordinate with outside agencies to ensure all aspects of the transition happen seamlessly. As the SYSMAN Team Lead responsible for the oversight of 11 people who are conducting 3 unique missions. This team performs oversight and systems administration/management of NIPRNET/SIPRNET AD and NIPRNET/SIPRNET using SCOM and SCCM in support of the 2RCC mission

Active Directory (SIPRNET) Tools Integration Team Lead. Tools Integration Team Lead responsible for the integration and operation of all third party monitoring software. Responsible for integration and maintenance of software products which includes: Microsoft Operations Manager 2005, Quest Active Roles, and NetPRO DirectoryAnalyzer and ChangeAuditor

Network and System Tools Integration. Since 2004, held the position as a Senior Systems Analyst utilizing NetIQ root cause analysis and system performance software. Monitored the overall network performance and systems health for the Army CONUS network and critical systems

Network Administration. Since 2000, held the position as Computer Sciences Corporation’s Network Engineer in support of the Directorate of Information Management and Fort Huachuca. Performed network engineering functions as part of a two person team supporting over 3000 customers and 250 network locations

Systems Engineer. Held the position as Computer Sciences Corporation’s Systems Engineer for the Directorate of Information Management, Fort Huachuca. Part of a two man team with overall responsibility for the operation and system performance of the first ever high tech classroom used for teaching military student while using automated systems and interactive lessons

UNIX and SIDPERS Trainer. 12 months as an instructor teaching Unix system administrators and operators who would be using the SIDPERS personnel management system used throughout the U.S. Army

Retired from the U.S. Army in 1997. Served my entire career in the Military Intelligence Field serving in Georgia, Massachusettes, New Jersey, Arizona, Germany (twice) and Korea.
