As an Assistant Professor and Humanities Division Chair at Fulton-Montgomery Community College (FMCC), I have over 20 years of experience in teaching, advising, and leading in the higher education industry. My mission is to provide quality and accessible education to diverse learners using innovative and engaging methods and technologies.I have developed and delivered courses in English language and literature, both on-campus and online, using various platforms and tools, such as Blackboard, Brightspace, and OER. I have also obtained multiple certifications in e-learning, instructional design, and online pedagogy, demonstrating my commitment to continuous learning and improvement. Additionally, I have contributed to the academic and administrative leadership, overseeing curriculum development, academic and institutional assessment, faculty mentorship and evaluation, and student retention.
