I am responsible for English teaching staff and establishing summer camp curriculum. Observe and evaluate the performance of the English teaching staff. I am the Head teacher of my kindergarten class who are learning English as a second language. I create a weekly plan for the morning half of the day. My kids are immerse in English from the start of class until lunch. During the morning I hold two 25 minute English classes. I will introduce new words,conversations and introduction of one’s self. I teach them songs as well as arts & crafts that deal with the current lesson.
