As the Regional Marketing Manager for Everdry-Atlanta, I was responsible for new hire, and advanced training of all field marketing reps. Everdry is a one call close business model, so we did a lot of direct marketing. Door to Door, Guerilla marketing. I also did payroll, made sure all my teams commissions were right. Maintained relationships with vendors, for our lead generation sources. Got a mapping system in place, so that we could efficiently pick territory, and not drop into the same territory twice. Maintained the 12 passenger marketing van, that we used to drop marketers off in their territories daily. I was the driver as well.

As an account executive for CopiSolutions, I am responsible for cold calling and developing B2B relationships. As well as closing deals. CopiSolutions is an up and coming independently owned full service copier company.

Worked under Mel Feinberg President, and owner of FHA. I was hired to develop, and grow a field marketing campaign, that previously did not exist in the Central and North Florida market. Mel, is also the gentleman that helped Sears Home Improvement, grow to the largest home remodeling company in the nation. Under his guidance, and tutelage I learned even more about the home improvement industry and how to build and run a marketing dept. My responsibilities included but not limited to: Interviewing and hiring, new hire and advanced training. Payroll/excel spreadsheets making sure my guys commissions were right. Also forwarding payroll and performance spreadsheets to the payroll department. Running morning motivational/performance meetings. Monthly individual face to face evaluations of performance and goals with every one of my guys. Taking care of permits, mapping system for the field. Training van drivers on how to efficiently work and give territories to marketers, and how to get out in time to pitch himself. Proficient in outlook, and excel. Also was responsible for fifteen to twenty reps at any given time.
