• Designed and built CaseFLO, a customer & end user facing case management platform, as the technical lead, leveraged development expertise using a CRM platform to deliver a fully functional and customizable platform for case managers and participants. Responsible for conceptualizing and delivering new features, user experience enhancements, and functionality solutioning to successfully onboard and retain customers. • Use various levels of SQL to enhance the functionality, user experience and reporting functionality of CaseFLO by creating UI reporting tools to assist with data analysis, as well as performing backend data analysis and supplying results of that analysis to stakeholders on a regular basis. Enhance platform functionality by creating views and stored procedures as well as conduct platform and data maintenance tasks using scripts. Handle ETL data transfers for new customers who bring their own data to be imported into CaseFLO.• Create and Design development standards and processes as well as change request and feature release processes to improve agile sprint efficiencies and overall improvement in feature releases, product vision and customer satisfaction. Meet with stakeholders and customers to gather requirements for new features as well as to discuss product direction. Create and prioritize features, user stories and bugs using Azure DevOps to meet business and customer needs. Assist with QA and UAT as well as schedule and complete production releases. • Provide staff and customers with the functionality and support they need by conducting needs assessments with customers, internal staff and business team and solutioning enhancements to meet their needs. Constantly reviewing current functionality of CaseFLO to determine areas of improvement. Develop training videos and documents for all features and all users in our system.

Was responsible for the launch of an updated version of our electronic bill payment and presentment platform and payment IVR system. This platform allowed utility customers to send us bill files which we would process and deliver to customers through multiple channels such as email and physical mail. We also provided platforms for customer service teams to provide support and manage customer accounts on the behalf of the customer. I was also in charge of developing applications that processed the bill files sent to us, these applications processed data and created bill files and reports. I had a big role in both application development and product ownership, I worked with our utility companies, utility customer service teams, as well as our offshore development team to drive the success of this product. I created project plans, sprints, and testing plans to maintain consistent feature releases and product improvements. Notable Contributions: • Spearheaded the design and release of electronic billing and payment processing platform as well as continue development and feature design for post release versions of the product. Was in charge of UI/UX design as well as redesigning the platform to a mobile friendly version. • Developed and maintained the customer IVR systems by using Genesys Cloud which allowed end users to access their information and make payments by phone. • Created internal applications using SQL and .NET to handle frequent data maintenance items. • Was part of a team that helped complete SOC and PCI Audits by gathering information and handling interactions with internal employees and auditors for SOC and PCI.• Developed and maintained our internal JIRA environment
