I worked on characterizing the physiochemical properties of a group of new oligosaccharide molecules which have the potential to stop the progression of Alzheimer's. Testing included: surface tension, colorimetry, and conductivity testing to determine the CMC, also monolayer lipid testing to determine the ability of the molecules to pass through.
