Hey Darling, my name is Michaela. I'm working in a Customer Service Based Organisation owned and operated by the Government of New South wales (NSW). I enjoy working alongside people in the community of Moree and I have developed a whole new way of communicating with customer's entering our centre. I have developed online digital communication skills, the ability to think quickly on my feet. I love to help those in need of help either in school or outside in the community. I'm apart if the AECG at school. Working in a Customer Service Centre can be quite hard and can have a massive impact on your social skills, but working with different people each day can increase your social communication skills.
