• Inputting and placing orders for 200+ Yanmar Compact Equipment dealers across the United States. Constant communication over email, phone, Teams and Sales Force. • Communication daily with dealers to help with issues and questions with platforms or location of their product ordered. • Issuing credits and invoices to dealers as well as rebates to the dealerships for equipment sold. • Knowledge about the Construction equipment we sell as well as what attachments go with the equipment. • Coordinates with Regional Sales Managers daily on sales, dealer issues, and other topics. • Reports machine inventory, sales, and logistics on a daily basis to have the best monthly results of machines shipped to dealers.

• Played an influential role in opening YANMAR America’s $25 million training and event facility, the YANMAR EVO//Center. • Helped with daily coordination of marketing, training and center operations. This is done by welcoming guests, organizing event functions, managing relationships, answering the front desk phones with any questions from dealers or community members, new employee onboarding and outfitting. I keep an organized folder of past and current events for invoices and records of payments.• Stock and manage the Evo Gift Shop. With daily organization, monthly and quarterly inventory, financial management, and storefront care. • Played a key role in the choosing and the implementing of the event software that the facility now uses to help the marketing and events team keep a record of events. I also implemented the check-in software, Envoy, that has saved time and organization for recording of the visitors we have at the EVO//Center. I am also the calendar holder of all events and meeting that happen at the EVO//Center.

Making sure all the customers in my store were taken care of and all the associates knew how to talk to the customers the right way. I would train them and made sure they had a good knowledge of what they were doing and how to treat the customers with wonderful costumer service.
