Project coordinator for Tetra Pak's Family Day held in conjunction with the company's 60th anniversary. About 7,600 people attended during the two event days. My responsibilities were to maintain contact between different employees, suppliers and organizing 90 volunteers as well as producing all the informational posters for the event. Besides the event.
