Responsible for managing vacancies within the Construction function, adhering to appropriate timescales and budget requirements, and ensuring that the expectations of candidates and hiring managers are met.

• Supporting the Onshore Recruitment Co-ordinators with the making up of new start, transfer and rate increase paperwork.
• Provide a range of reports as required by the Recruitment Team and the wider organisation.
• Maintain an effective monitoring system to track the receipt of all contractor company registrations / personal qualification / offshore certification details and follow up in a timely manner any documents not produced.
• Raise accurate contracts and offer letters for approval for onshore personnel and issue as directed.
• Liaise closely with the finance department as appropriate to ensure accurate and timely payment of sub-contractors and 3rd party labour suppliers.
• Deal with general queries from agents and contractor.
