Biologist on a Mission: Pioneering Drug Discovery at ScaleI am a biologist passionate about catalyzing drug discovery breakthroughs through identifying new technology and tools that help us industrialize the process. My focus is on accelerating the delivery of impactful medicines to patients by enhancing scale and refining models. I am a strong cross-functional collaborator with a robust track record of identifying and leveraging the strengths of my team to come up with creative proposals, optimize solutions, and deploy new processes at a rapid pace. I believe that great delivery comes from creating strong cultures and empowering teams through growth mindset, accountability and communication.Key Achievements:I am a seasoned veteran at developing new in vitro and in vivo assays at scale to deliver realistic models of human disease. I have led programs in fibrosis, vascular biology, C. difficile and oncology, and overseen the development and validation of therapeutic candidates now in clinical trials. I also have experience in data and product management, identifying and implementing new tools including LLMs to handle data analysis at the scale of thousands of rows of data per experiment.
