As a front desk receptionist i oversee the operation of the front office ensuring patients are checked in, in a timely manner. I managed four different accounts, assisting each account with claims and any policy related questions they may have. I also keep a close working relationship with each accounts sales manager; together we review the health of the policy and ensure we are addressing any questions or concerns the account holders may have regarding the direction in which their policy is headed. On average I process 30-40 claims a day along with answering emails and any phone calls that may come through.

I averaged 50 calls a day while providing excellent customer service.Calls consisted of accident investigations as well as coverage investigations. I am licensed in 48 states, so it was very important that I reviewed the proper policy contract for that specific state and researched any rules of the road if necessary.I received special permission to log off my phone once a week for a span of six weeks to take a supervisor course through The Institutes, where I passed my final exam with a 95.
