Facilitator of group/class discussion based in World literature (Comp. Lit. Dept.) and French theatre (French Dept.); providing students and professors feedback on assignments and performance; grading French essays.

Teaching French to participants of Accelerated Language Program, following the Rassias Method, in collaboration with a Dartmouth Professor.

Implementing Communicative Approach for language learning.-Lesson planning (including differentiation, assessment for learning, etc)-Creating material (PowerPoint, worksheets, tests, assignments, etc)-Grading student work (providing feedback and assigning grades)-Meeting with teachers and parents-Extracurricular activities (assisting with school events)-Supervision responsibilities

Substitute work as supervisor at bilingual (FR-EN) school that lead to English support hours with a group of newly arrived primary school pupils (Key Stages 1 and 2). I was given free reign as to assessing the needs of the children and creating appropriate teaching resources for them. Having them read, write and follow instructions for games in English.

One year exchange program, leading all levels of French classes for students of French. Both oral and written focused classes, but also a literary translation class. Responsibilities included marking coursework, holding office hours for student's specific needs, and helping develop French teaching resources.
