I worked across several product portfolios including the DRIVEN vertical (motoring journalism and vehicle listing marketplace)A key deliverable was owning and delivering the re-brand of the ‘DRIVEN’ website. After extensive customer research, we identified opportunities to simplify our vehicle journalism offering and cater to a wider audience, and went to market with a new reader proposition, to help Kiwi’s on their car buying journey. I delivered this project end-to-end in a Product Lead/Scrum Master capacity, which included a full website redesign, content and user migration (Umbraco CMS suite), developing a range of new user features, and creating a unique market opportunity for our commercial clients. As part of the audio portfolio, I supported the radio teams to produce content for the brand sites efficiently, an upgrade to our podcast hosting platform and bringing new iHeart Radio products to market as developed by our partners in the USA. I also supported the implementation of Smart Speakers to our consumer audience.

Reported to the Product Owner of Auckland Transport's digital journey planning tool and mobile app. Worked closely with an agency development team to prioritise new features and refine user stories. Supported with establishing product roadmaps and OKR's, gaining internal buy-in, and reporting.Worked with UX designers/researchers to understand customer problems, create prototypes, test, and refine.

Auckland Transport Graduate Programme involved rotations across different business groups, relevant to University qualifications. I spent time in the Customer Marketing team, where I supported marketing campaigns & initiatives, and is where I learnt more about customer experience & human-centred design practices. I then joined the Customers Insights team, and was able to gain experience in quantitative and qualitative customer research.

I completed an internship project and report for PGG Wrightson Water - based out in Rangiora, Canterbury. The scope of the report was based around assessing the future external environment PGG Wrightson Water were heading in to, and potential strategies that could be implemented to meet and adapt effectively. I spoke to a number of stakeholders of the industry, particularly in the environmental and irrigation space, to gain new insights that I was able to report back to my Supervisor, and reflect within my recommendations.

As a supervisor, I had to manage small teams on a day-to-day basis that ensured the smooth running of the business. This included job allocation, training, and performing a high level of customer service. I also had cash handling and keyholder responsibilities, and conflict management.
